Stop using dronabinol and call your doctor at once if you have any of these serious side effects:
- seizure (convulsions);
- paranoia, extreme fear;
- fast heart rate;
- feeling light-headed, fainting; or
- unusual thoughts or behavior.

What are the precautions when taking dronabinol (Marinol)?
